Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want to insure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. Once our corporate office has received your returned item(s), the customer will  receive store credit back on their account. Please note, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to items returned over 30 days of receipt. For defective items, please contact our corporate office at 213.620.0001.

Q: Uh oh, my bracelet broke! What now?

A: Don't freight- we're here to help! Send us photos of of your broken merchandise to customerservice@goodworksmakeadifference.com and we'll get back to you with what to do next.

Q: What scriptures do you offer on your merchandising?

A: We offer a variety of different scripture on our products.  Scriptures vary depending on the style of the accessory.

Q: How do I track the shipping on my package?

A: It is extremely important that you provide the correct email address when placing your order.  Once your order is placed, we will send you  a confirmation number and tracking number so you know exactly when your merchandise will arrive.

Q: I bought my products during an online sale.  Will they arrive any sooner than if I wouldn't purchased them for full price?

A: During a sale, we try to ship out your products to you within 48-72 hours of your purchase. Please note that all sales items are final sale.

Q: I want to be a wholesaler! How can I carry your products in my store?

A: Create an account on our WEBSITE and fill out the application. Once you do so, allow 2 to 3 days for your application to be reviewed for approval.  One of our reps will contact you from there.

Q: But, I don't want to wait 2-3 days to get approval to become a wholesaler.  How can I get approved immediately?

A: Give us a call at 213.620.0001. We'll do our best to get you approved over the phone.  *Please note, we do have a 5 mile protection policy that we abide by.
