If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for website credit within 30 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with UPC label attached and accompanied by the original packing slip or sales order number. No returns are accepted after 30 days from when you receive or without the UPC label attached. Items purchased online must be returned to our factory. Website orders cannot be refunded in stores that carry Good Work(s) Make A Difference products. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days from receipt. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
